We are committed to building quality partnerships with our customers by consistently providing quality products, optimized processing and on-time delivery. To support this commitment, Tube-Fab has established a Quality Management System that meets the AS9100 Standard.

Terms and Conditions of Delivery for
customers’ purchase order define the requirements beyond those defined by the
drawing(s) and/or specification(s) and are stated to better communicate
performance agreements of both parties.
Confidentiality
Customer agrees to maintain confidentiality of and not use and disclose
drawings, specifications, technical information or any other data supplied by Tube-Fab Ltd.
Quotations
Quotations are valid for 30 days from date of
submission.
Payment
Payment terms of Tube-Fab Ltd are 30 days unless otherwise indicated.
Delivery
Delivery of finished goods is a part of Tube-Fab’s
service.
Packing
Standard commercial packaging is a part of Tube-Fab’s service. Specialized
packing will be agreed prior to manufacturing of goods.
Warranties
Manufacturer’s warranty applies to raw materials and hardware.
Non-Conforming Products/Services
Customer shall submit notification to Tube-Fab Ltd of any nonconforming product
and/or material within 5 business days after the receipt of products.
